Cancelation policy For all cancelation/reschedule requests, please contact Traci Ashley through text only at 386.259.0644. If you need to cancel/reschedule your booking, the following terms will apply: 1. **Deposit:** All deposits are non-refundable and vary depending on the service(s) selected. Deposit amounts are specified for each service. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, your deposit will be applied toward the cancellation fee. 2. **Cancellations:** Please contact Traci Ashley for all cancelation requests. All canceled appointments prior to 72hrs will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations requested within 72-48 hrs will incur a 70% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% last-minute cancellation fee. *No exceptions.* 🎀Traci Ashley will still service you under all circumstances if the policy is respected and fees are satisfied 🎀 3. **Rescheduling:** Please contact Traci Ashley for all rescheduling requests. Appointments can be rescheduled anytime before the 72 hour mark to avoid losing your deposit. Deposits may be transferred to a new date ONE time and must be rescheduled up to 2 weeks of the original appointment date for deposits to rollover. Rescheduling is only available for appointments with a deposit on file. *No exceptions* 4. **Late Arrivals:** If you are more than 17 minutes late, your appointment will risk being canceled. Please inform Traci Ashley of your estimated arrival time if you are running more than 5 minutes late. If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited, and a full service fee will be applied. *No exceptions* 5. **Flight Delays:** To avoid any issues, please do not schedule appointments close to your flight's arrival time/date. Flight delays occur often. If a flight delay prevents you from attending your appointment, the cancellation policy will still apply. *No exceptions.* 6. **Other Appointments:** To ensure timely service, we advise against scheduling other appointments immediately before or after your nail appointment. Delays can occur, whether with Traci Ashley or with your prior commitment. Should your previous appointment cause a conflict with your scheduled nail appointment, our cancellation policy will still apply. 7. **Extenuating Circumstances:** If an emergency or unforeseen event occurs after the cancellation window, please contact Traci Ashley as soon as possible. Traci Ashley will try to accommodate rescheduling. Deposits remain non-refundable; however, it can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if booked within one week of the original cancellation date. 💌 If Traci Ashley is unable to service you on your scheduled appointment date, your appointment will be rescheduled, and you will receive a 15% discount on your next visit. While deposits remain non-refundable, both the deposit and discount can be applied to the rescheduled appointment, provided it is booked within two weeks of the original date. Please note: A processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions.
